Called for a ball park price on sill replacement and the lady wouldn’t give me anything. I don’t need to bring the car in. I know It needs full replacement. You can’t ball park me? She says 100 to 10000.
Lost my business.

If this shop is the only option… just sell the vehicle it will be easier than dealing with the woman and children that run this “business”. One of their licensed techs broke 2 of my caps by smashing it with his hand.
Instead of doing the right thing they didn’t say anything and let me leave the shop. Washing the truck the next day I realized and called immediately. Using words bigger than 2 syllables, I was able to get the front desk reception girl to admit they broke it and that the piece was found and I could come pick it up. It didn’t take much to get her to snitch on the kid that broke it using the most basic of Jedi mind tricks…
The snap-on rep happened to be there so I offered to buy rubber hammers for entire shop but they declined my offer and continue to smash rim caps with the palm of their hands like first year techs.
My suggestion in Nova Scotia.
Ok tire is the shop to go to! Any location will help you anytime they can, they always have smart capable techs to fix your vehicle with years of experience.

If I could give this place a -0 oh boy I would.
*First the girl at the desk as a very uncomfortable personality.
They will get the part for you, but comes with a cost. The price keep going up, something new will go wrong on your car. They will tell you that they had to fix something else and the price is more.
They charge for can spray and yet did not used it on the vehicle.
Whatever the qoute you have a extra $200 laying around just incase.
After that your vehicle start having different problems so you keep going back.
Beware of this company, be very aware of them.

Went in there for the first time today. I always drive . When entering the showroom. I noticed that they had a large variety of custom parts. Everything for your needs for customizing. So many different parts I could not describe them all. From custom rims. Oil tires filters. And a lot more . They have so much stuff I could not describe it all. Very friendly customer service. Treating the customers like family. I highly recommend this place.

AVOID or USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!We came here to get rims for our 2020 Infiniti Q50s iLine red sport which is a luxury sport sedan. We were sold on rims that came into the shop that a previous customer said no to once they were in. We were told these rims were ordered for a Infiniti Q35 and they would fit ours. We were told if there are any issues that we would be refunded. We paid, we got, we went to put them on sadly due to our high performance brake set up via brembo they would not set in properly. And was informed for safety factor from our trusted local mechanic to not put on spacers. This shop was insisting we put spacers on!The next day we came back to this shop to ask for a refund and was told we needed to wait for the manager to be in. I will say the guy at the greenwood shop had decent customer service and good to work with. Came back the next day to return and basically the lady made me puke inside because her attitude on the matter was horrible and that we were wrong and so was my mechanic. And she insisted we take our vehicle to their Kentville location to have a rim fitted. I sure as heck wasn't going to do that based on the reviews here and everywhere else!!So, we paused from fighting to get the refund because we knew they didn't care and would do anything to avoid it! They even interacted with my mechanic and basically told them their 20+yrs of working with tires was not good enough! We put them up for sale and have been sitting on them since!Now, today we have discovered more details on this matter. That these rims were originally ordered for a Subaru WRX! How did we find this out? Because the person that ordered them is related to us and made a comment that these were the rims he waited weeks to get and had a very hard time being refunded!So if you consider dealing with this company at it's new or other locations be VERY CAREFUL !!! They do not care how they sell something as long as they can get rid of it!!Hence why you are leaving Greenwood and Kentville and going to Cambridge were no one knows you YET!
