“Was here last fall a few times for my ranger, excellent service. When they replaced my axle seal, they showed me what it looked like and how it worked. One time I called and had a question about my trans fluid, they talked me through the whole thing so that I understood it. “Absolutely wonderful service.
My car developed a concerning clattering noise near the transmission, and based on the circumstances it seemed like maybe it was an internal issue or something very expensive. I was recommended talking to Sheldon at Under The Hood Auto Service from the folks at Rick Roods Transmission nearby, so I stopped by after work and he gave me a few minutes right there to listen to the noise.
Not only did he find the source of the clattering, but he put my car on the lift and tightened up the loose bolts on my flex plate that likely came loose from a rebuild a year before all in under 15 minutes.
I couldn't be happier with the help from the team there, and I would trust them with working on my vehicle any time.”

“Ed, who runs this place, knows everything you could ever know about cars. He and his daughter are kind, professional, and they really seem to care about their customers and our cars. The mechanics were incredibly nice to us and even fixed our broken wipers for free during a storm after closing time. I've had brakes, tires, and my exhaust done there. Highly recommend.”

“Went here to have my aftermarket summer tires switched for my winter tires in April. The guys noticed my hub rings was broken and they expressed concerns for my safety as I had to drive to Toronto a few days later and they suggested replacing the hub rings. They did not carry it yet they were great enough to find a shop that carried it and long story short, my wheels got swapped and I made it safely to Toronto and back. Will be going back to these guys for more services.”
“I just had my first visit. I am new to the province, and my last shop fixed my car for over 20 years. I was worried about finding a place I can trust.
I had a pretty big issue with my car, but I had a great experience from start to finish to with the Butt’s team. They were transparent, helpful, and honest. My car knowledge is sadly lacking, so I ran down the estimate with my old service manager, and he said it was exactly what he’d have done too. So now I’m on Team Butt’s and glad I have them to look after my family’s cars. Thanks guys!

“So I drive a 26 year-old Toyota Tacoma. I’ve done almost all the work on it myself since I bought it 10 years ago, but I had taken this thing in to a couple of repair shops to ask about why it was so unpleasant to drive. I had suggested that I had some driveshaft issues. I wasn’t sure about possibly some struts and I knew I had a growly sound up front on the left side, the truck runs great but was not fun to drive. It was really loud and rumbly. Well took it to Coffill’s after a call to them and about a week later I got it back and this thing’s never been so fun to drive. They sorted out the driveshaft problem and did a front wheel bearing. Everyone was great to work with. I felt they understood my problem before they even saw the truck just by talking to them on the phone. I won’t go anywhere else now!”
