Very poor customer service, they do not stand behind the items they sell. Travel the 40 min to Halifax for Kent/Home Depot, even with the extra time and fuel you will be better served.

I've been travelling and on the road for some time, and as a consequence all of my edged tools need sharpening. Although the store itself is a bit small (probably the perfect size for the community) the staff were helpful and they even had a variety of sharpening tools available to choose from. I went with a traditional whetstone as many of the pull through style sharpeners will actually leave the blade in a worsened state. A traditional whetstone is also what I learned to sharpen on when I was teenager. The product itself is durable and only cost around fifteen dollars. Recommended.

It's always nice to pick items' right off the shelf and if they don't have it they will take the time to locate it and bring it in usually the next day.

Typically great to deal with but today had a very unpleasant cashier making for a poor experience at their store. The manager seemed confrontational when suggesting that one of her employees had been rather rude unnecessarily. Sad to see after many years of friendly service prior.
