I explained i could not sit due to pain and could barely stand. Leah then expedited my medications. She tracked my meds through the process and let me know immediately when they were ready. She did this three times, which dramatically reduced my discomfort both physical and emotional. It is this level of compassion that separates good customer service from out standing customer service.
