Staff is extremely friendly. Anything that's not in stock at the shop in Baddeck can be ordered in within a short period free of charge. I don't believe they deliver. They have a large selection of items ranging in a plethora of categories for such a small store. They always have their seasonal items stocked in time and have many great sales being competitive with the larger big box stores. They even sell larger items like snow plows, lawn tractors and other machinery as per seasonal needs.But my favourite part of shopping here and the reason I keep coming back though is the staff. They're both; friendly and knowledgeable with a side of patience ;)

Can't understand half the workers here store is dirty and the food is garbage usually out if date to the point if next day expiry over priced as hell and so out of date the managers should be disgusted to call this a store.

They have everything you need, although at least one employee in the CO-OP section need a SEVERE attitude check. I struggle to get out of the house (mentally) and everytime I come here I have to avoid this woman. The last time she waited on me, (she is a cashier) she was so rude. I have never seen this woman smile... my package of hamburger was leaking blood and didn't even offer us any paper towel to try to clean it up... bagged it up anyway... I was buying a bottle of sparkling apple juice (glass bottle...) and after she bagged it she slammed it down and it almost fell on the floor... my guess is that if it broke she would have made us pay for it and bring it home regardless! She had to call over another employee over some small issue on pricing and the disrespect she gave this young man was unbelievable... i looked at my fiance, handed him the money and said " you can deal with her!" now all that being said, I have never had any issues with any of the other staff. The other staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. And they are what's giving this place my 4 stars... NOT her...
