“Gary was awesome.

We were on vacation (finally getting around to seeing Cape Breton), when one of our wheels started making an awful noise... Turns out it was a wheel bearing going out. Since we were hauling a camping trailer, it was a bit of a fix.

My husband did a bit of research, and landed on MD automotive. Gary let us make an appointment right away, put our car on the rack, and diagnosed the problem. He was able to get us in the very next day for a repair, which was extremely good news for us.

While we were waiting, we drove around Port Hawkesbury, and stopped in at a local Marine parts store. When we mentioned MD automotive, the parts manager nodded and said oh yes, Gary will take care of you.

So, instead of a ruined vacation, Gary fixed our wheel, his price was more than reasonable, and everything about this encounter was excellent.

Our car sounds better than it has in a long time.... We realized after the fact that we had been hearing the problem for some time but not recognizing it!”

Was here first thing in the morning to take the part off to get the correct one the first time, and was back quickly to fix. If I could give extra stars for being such a kind human being I would. Asked every time he was here if we wanted anything from a store since we couldn't go anywhere and weren't to close to anything. Offered to let me sit in his van while the truck had to be off for a bit to get some heat. Truly fantastic customer service.”
