Ryan Hill was the car salesman who helped me during my purchase. He was very professional, friendly and answered all the questions that I had. The purchase was very easy and fast. Kim Whynot did up all the financial papers. Between the two of them they are quite the team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. It was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. A huge shout out to this team at Kings Honda!!!

My name is Paul Pineo.I have purchased I think four cars from this dealership I can’t tell you why because they treat me the same no matter how many I buy.My last visit to have my car serviced was a very bad experience around the 3 week of September 2025 .I had I strange noise from my steering column which they said was a clock spring. They told me it was not safe to drive but would not authorize a car at that time.So they let me leave with a car that THEY could not say was safe.I found this crazy. They said it was not safe for me to drive it to Montreal because it involved the air bag system.Long story short is I don’t think it is a staff issue. This issue is either fixed operations or dealer principal not sure which one but I lean it towards dealer principal.I think he or she or how ever they identify should maybe pick a different business to be into.Because whatever happen to this individual that they forgot the nuances of customer service especially ones that return ever 2 1/2 years to purchase a car mind blowing to me.

My husband and I recently ordered a 2026 Honda CRV Trail Sport and we were blown away by the service at Kings Honda. Megan Canty looked after us from start to finish, she asked all the right questions and listened to our wants/needs. Megan was funny, charismatic and made the process of buying a vehicle seamless. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and kept in contact throughout the whole process, we never once felt in the dark. The color of CRV that I wanted was about a month away and she was diligent in speeding up that wait time for us, we only ended up waiting a week or maybe even less from the point of signing papers! Lisa in finance was also so wonderful to deal with, she made the pile of paper work so simple and was willing to meet with us over her lunch hour several times as that time worked best for us in our schedule! We can’t thank the team enough at Kings Honda for the support, you guys rock!

Will never be back. Tried to purchase a vehicle, everything was fine until I stated that I did not want to purchase extra coverage from the dealership. I have heard nothing but negative things about buying from them once I told people about my experience.

Honda has lost my business forever because of truly awful experiences my husband and I have had at this dealership, and the amount of money we have lost on the lemon of a car they sold us.
We bought a used 2018 CRV at Kings Honda in September 2023. It had 89K kilometers on it. I brought the car in soon after buying it because my air conditioner wasn't working. After checking it over, the service manager told me there was nothing wrong with it and that Hondas aren't known to have great air conditioning, so basically what I was experiencing (warm air blowing on hot days) was normal. They ran a diagnostic and it was up to their standards.
A year later, I finally went to my usual shop as the lack of air conditioning was driving me crazy. They told me it just needed to be recharged. That fixed the problem immediately.
Over the past two years, the car had a slew of other issues. It was in the shop every few months for something. Earlier this year, I brought the car into Honda because all my dash lights suddenly went on. The service technician tried to convince me that the lights were standard dash lights. After arguing with her to please look at the car and run a diagnostic (I don’t take it into the shop for fun – there was literally a giant red exclamation mark flashing), they said I needed all new fuel injectors. All four were worn out, just one year after buying the vehicle. They also tried to charge me $200 for cleaning out the mud in my rims.
A few months ago, my dash lights came on yet again with the engine light flashing. I had to get it towed to Kings Honda (not covered by them) and they called saying the car needed $8,500 worth of work, very little of which would be covered by the Powertrain Warranty. So my car with 140K kilometers on it, two years after buying it, suddenly needed $8,500 worth of work. That is a third of the original purchase price. I got my husband on the phone to ask them about each individual part that needed fixing, and suddenly the number started shrinking down to about $500. This is not the first time my husband got a different answer from Kings Honda than I did. I wonder why.
Honda took two weeks to do this work, and didn’t provide me with a loaner car even though the biggest issue (needed a new head gasket) was covered by warranty. I called Honda Canada to ask about this, and even they agreed this doesn’t make sense. “Surely Kings Honda can get a loaner vehicle from one of the Honda dealerships nearby?” the representative said. You would think.
The second it was fixed, I sold the CRV and bought a RAV4. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like the abysmal service Kings Honda provides. The service department doesn’t even answer their phones (something Honda Canada was also mystified by as they tried to help me out).
This is the last time I’ll ever step foot in a Honda dealership. AVOID Kings Honda.

We recently purchased a 2025 Honda HRV from Kings Honda. The young salesperson, Megan Canty, did an excellent job explaining the many features of this well-appointed new vehicle. We have had it just over two weeks and are finding it to be just what we need. We appreciate all its safety and convenience features. It is very comfortable and gets excellent mileage. We have been Honda customers for decades and have not intention of changing that. We have always found the service at Kings Honda in Kentville to be exemplary.

We highly recommend Kings Honda. Specifically, Brianna Skerry - Sales, and Kim Whynot - Finance. See our fantastic experience below.
My wife is starting a new business and we were looking for a people mover to replace our Outback. We had shopped around before we actually landed at Kings Honda. Met some nice people. However, the moment that Bri called and invited us to come in, we had a good feeling about this dealership.
I was extremely hesitant to be trading in my Subaru. It has been my favourite car to this point in my life. Bri made me feel comfortable, like I’d known her for years. She was able to put me a little more at ease and we took the Pilot Trailsport out for a drive. It had smooth handling and had everything plus a few more tools and gadgets than my Subaru. My wife and I drove around and tried parallel parking, stall parking, really testing it out to see if we would be able to handle something like this.
Upon our return, Bri invited us into the office and we had a choice between negotiating or spinning the wheel. Our son wanted to spin the wheel but my wife and I chose to negotiate. Bri kept our son busy during negotiations by allowing him to spin the wheel anyway, and providing him snacks. During the negotiation, Bri took her time to hear us out and really try to make the best deal she could for us. We ended up getting almost everything we wanted out of the deal. On top of that, we bought the car straight out of the show room.
Bri and Kim made the process super easy and we literally went in on a Tuesday for the test drive and negotiations and left on the following Friday with our new vehicle. When does that happen in 2024??? It took me 4 months to get my Subaru in 2022.
We will definitely be back to see Bri at Kings Honda.

My Kings Honda experience after 1.5 Yrs:
1)2022- I was exploring the new unreleased CRV Hybrid. No pricing yet. Once pricing was released I ordered a lower trim as the CRV Hybrid was not competitive. Kings took the info on the new trim I wanted ordered. They called me weeks later when the cancelled Hybrid order arrived to pick it up. Mix up on their end. They didn't order what I wanted but did have an extra model. Not the colour I wanted but I needed a car.
I bring my car in for all it's maintenance to Kings Honda. When returning for subsequent service, I was advised I had maintenance past due (filter changes, diff fluid ect). This would have been the job of the previous service advisor to let me know. They would actually wright on the service order that "customer declined" said services. Not the case, they just did not let me know of certain services. Quite frustrating to find out. Found I had to hound the service advisor on what is actually due when bringing my car in.
2) 7 months after purchasing the CRV I had bought a tent/put it in the trunk of my CRV. Went over a mild bump. The bump caused the cargo to snap the floor of the trunk (the trunk tray). Service manager at Kings Honda explained nothing can be done it's not covered under warranty. $400 for a new tray.
3)Red flags with Kings Honda started when my car was just 1 year old. A module on the wiring harness had gone bad causing the car to be undriveable. Towed to nearest dealership (Portland street Honda). Fix was an entire wiring harness replacement. My car was now 80K. Honda said the warranty for a wiring harness was up at 60K I'm responsible for the repairs. My CRV was only 12 months old, and the problem was not preventable. The Tech at Portland St. said the problem was a fluke/shouldn't have happened. Manufactures defect. I contacted my sales person at Kings for help. All they did was give me a 1800 # to Honda/recommend I complain there & deal with Portland St Honda. Felt brushed off/not supported. I asked him nicely to talk to his manager to see if they could contact Honda on my behalf. I was uncertain a call center would get me anywhere. I wanted some help & was told he would look into it and get back to me. Similar to my trunk tray, no support or effort from Kings Honda. Never heard back.
Tech at Portland street wrote a letter into Honda and went to bat for me. Honda covered the repair.
4)1.5 years old I notice rust on the trunk. Covered for 5 years UNLIMITED milage. I book a service at Kings Honda. Fluid changes/address the rust issue. They charge me, and tell me the rust isn't covered due to mileage. I had to argue with the same service manager who didn't help with my trunk tray. He says I have too many KM's on my car to cover rust repair. After back and forth I pulled up the Honda website directly to show him Honda's policy. He said it must be a new policy. He then explained they were too busy at the time, asked me to return during a future service to deal with the rust. He said he documented it/they would deal with it another time. I felt like he did not want to help, and brushed me off. Kings seemes reluctant to support their customers.
5)3x suitcases in my trunk. Opened my trunk & the trunk tray was broken AGAIN. 1 year after 1st tray replacement. Light luggage this time. I contacted the salesman to explain. He said he would get back to me. He did not get back to me. I had let him know I'd be making a review to explain my experiences. I was then told he would try to help me. Weeks went by. Again no reply, no replacement, no discount, No help.
I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

I can not say enough good things about Kings Honda. Kelly King completely changed my opinion on buying a vehicle from a dealership. She was so incredibly kind and easy to talk to and helped me through every step of the process. She was able to get me a great price on the vehicle I wanted.Kim in Finances made the process super quick and simple.I don’t think I would ever buy a Honda anywhere else. Thank you Kings Honda for a wonderful experience!
