My wife got stuck in the carwash a month ago with our 3 year old daughter (who was losing her mind, crying terrified). She called the store and they just told her to wait. I'm sorry but maybe if your carwash is broken, you come let the woman and her child out, not just tell them to wait. Top it off with a phonecall from the RCMP today saying they are now accusing her of ramming the door and breaking it. Hard to believe since there's no damage to our car, that and my wife wouldn't use the car as a battering ram. I'm so angry with your store and lazy staff right now, if they had of come out they would have seen she didn't break your door and you wouldn't have falsely accused someone for something they didn't do.
