We found our Honda CRV posted online. We were a little nervous about buying a vehicle from a roadside dealer. We did all our homework before test driving the vehicle and all the homework required to ensure that the vehicle was actually “Top Notch” when it was time to sign the final paperwork we actually met with the owner who was filling in for the accountant. His words helped me become completely at ease with my purchase.
He said; “I own all the car dealerships in the town of Coldbrook. You can be assured that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Word of mouth is important in this business. My business would not be successful if we sold bad cars and got bad reviews”.
True enough 6 months later we are very happy with our CRV and no problems have occurred. Sales person Kent was very welcoming and not at all pushy. Made us feel at ease and comfortable taking time to make the decision. The accountant was very friendly and personable.

My wife and I had a really pleasant experience when we were looking for a used car to purchase. There was no pressure or pushy salesperson at all. We mainly dealt with Kent, who was very helpful, accommodating, and patient with us throughout the entire process.
We got the vehicle my wife was looking for at a great price with great customer service and really friendly staff. Thank you.

Drove two hours to look see a vehicle…I had asked the sales person to take a couple of pictures of the underneath….said he couldn’t as he was wearing dress pants…I should have known better hearing that…anyways, pictures looked great and I thought it might be a deal…..that said…little bit of work and candour could have saved me the drive…as a longtime automotive supplier who called on dealerships…I know a fleece bag organization when I see one..Top notch is one of them..

So, there's many reasons not to buy here, they knew the sub frame was gone and rotting/rotted In May of this year and still let my wife take it on a test drive. and also told a fellow that buys from them that he shouldn't buy it, this happened the day after purchase. They have 24 hrs to fix this issue and if not they will be held responsible. My children were in that car when it happened.

Great place to buy a car. They are knowledgeable and willing to let you bring the Vehicle to a Mechanic of your choice, which is a nice touch. They were more then willing to negotiate a reasonable Price also, which is nice. I personally dealt with Riley, great guy. Easy to talk to and be around, not pushy and more then honest. I see alot of "Bad Reviews" but you have to realize what your buying at this Lot. These are "As is" trade in vehicles. Some have Damage, some don't. You can't blame the dealership because you chose a "Lemon". Like I said before in this review, they WANT you to take the vehicle to a Mechanic of your choice, so Do Diligent and take their offer. My mechanic gave me a list of things that needed to be done and a Price that I should pay for the car. Top Notch agreed to the list (Wasn't much work) and honored the suggested price. I had a great experience shopping at Top Notch looking for my sons first car. Thank You Riley!

Bought a vehicle from them end of September 2023. Within 2 weeks the car quit. They said they put a new battery in it. Drove it until winter and then the brand new battery died twice. Called them up to see if there was any warranty on the new battery and they said to call the manufacturer. After checking around I found out they never put a new battery in it in September and the manager I talked with never admitted it. Had to have a battery put in it today. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.

I bought my Daughter a car there over a year ago and I had a little issue in the beginning with it. I some what over reacted to the situation as all my previous used car experiences were not good. They took the car in an fixed the problem no questions asked. The car has been a very reliable vehicle and I would recommend this company

We were a bit hesitant about going with a dealership but felt we got a very fair price. There was a hiccup with the purchase and an issue with the car after purchase (which is to be expected for a ten year old car) but the team at Top Notch to their credit was super quick to resolve and handle the problem for us. They willingly offered up a replacement vehicle while ours was in the shop. Used cars are not new cars and will have issues but it was great to know the folks at Top Notch would do their best to make sure we continued having a great experience with the vehicle. In retrospect we’re really glad with chose them over a private sale!

Brianna is amazing! She asked all the right questions and took the time to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle. She showed me a couple options and had me test driving one within minutes. She was thoughtful and allowed me to feel comfortable with the purchase. I was able to drive the car around for a period of time and really made sure it was the car I wanted before locking me into a big purchase. They were quick with the paperwork and put me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase.
