The video Taj put up only shows a snippet of what happened, he isnr showing how he was actually acting like a person with no sense and he acts entitled hes a proven problem starter I've met him before, these gas station employees always have treated me with a smile and the upmost respect, funny he thinks showing a 4 second video is proof when all it shows is he isn't very intelligent and is hiding the real story.

Both of the assistant managers are terrible. Sofia is under trained and has zero customer service and consumer knowledge. The other assistant manager is whom the complaint is initially for but it has rippled outward. The manager amber is never at work when I call to formally complain so here is my review: July second I bought an and assistant manager(not sofia) asked for my ID, it was scorching outside, I look 40, I went and got the ID. Mind you she made a spectacle the whole time asking I have a feeling she does not enjoy selling the item I purchased. When I got inside I laid my flip wallet down showing ID. She snatched my wallet without permission, I asked her to put it down. SHE BACKED UP and took out my card and swiped it in a machine without permission. I asked her not too. I don't want strangers hands on my personal wallet and ID card it was my right to say no and she grabbed it and backed away. Disgusting behavior in front of a full store. Amber please reach out. One person on cash can be a hard task when there's a big line up. I give the staff a good rating but not Irving itself. Everything in the store is over priced by a long shot

it was cold af outside and we waited like 15 mins outside waiting for the guy to open the door i was with my kids at door came to grab some snacks on weekend night at midnight , the guy opened the door and i told him politely that we called and rang the bell few times and he replied’ i have other things to do ‘like what the hell dude , you have better things to than attending a customer, i asked for his name he said i can’t give you my name so i took a picture of him cus he was so rude , and he told me i am gonna call the cops and he dialed 911 ,idk how people hire them without experience and ethics , I Hope manager or owner will take action. We used to come here like daily cus it’s right across our house but we won’t if they gonna keep giving us such a bad experience customer service .Thank you

Why are the prices here different than at other Irving's? I paid 2.99 for a 1 litre pop on main Street but over $4 for the same bottle of pop up the street at the cole harbour Irving.Never any hot food until past 1pm even though every other Irving has breakfast sandwiches.Debit machine doesn't work half the time.Every single time I've been there during the backshift hours the employee is never there. Always a back in 15 min sign up.

The washroom here was very clean & neat: floor, sink & toilet, and toilet tissue dispenser was ABOVE the handicap handrail--a real bonus! You can get tissue paper much better than when it's installed below!!! The store was neat and orderly, too.

Stood out in the cold for more than 3 minutes waiting for my transaction just for it to get declined and for them to lock the door just so we couldn't get in, despite being open 24hours.

Looks like quite a few low ratings and I can see why. The 2 lady's that work at this Irving station are extremely rude and need to be repremanded asap!! Yelling out at the pumps at potential customers...I drove away.. apparently one of them is the manager .real professional
