Make sure to avoid this bank.I've been waiting to get some operations done for 8 months now, meanwhile money sleeps in savings...Incompetency to fill up simple form, complete lack of knowledge, advisor after their mutual funds commision.Booked in person appointments where nobody showed up.I've been more than patient but this bank is just of the utmost incompetence and lack of prefessionalism.

Absolutely appalling treatment questioning why I did not receive a 100 dollar e-transfer. Basically not our money, not our worry. Not a significant sum of money for sure , but what if it had been? This changes forever my trust in bank e transfers of money. This is not good bank customer service.

Frustrating to feel ghosted by a financial institution. Over a month since meeting with a financial advisor and providing so much documentation to support an application. No response to emails and impossible to navigate the phone system.

Failed to call on time and the RBC automated phone system is terrible. Just send you from automated voice box to the next and then they hang up on you.

While I personally have had a few challenges with the RBC of late I wish to commend the staff in the Cole Harbour, Dartmouth branch. My mother has issues with memory at at times gets quite frustrated. The satff and in particularly the coutner staff have been extremely patient, kind and quite respectufl of my mother's dignity. I would like to call out ther actions as going well beyond what is considered good customer service. I would say their response to here is "exceptional", and I have live around thw orld in some of the bets custoemr service environment in the world. The meet and beat all of them. Kudos.
