My sister told me she started going here for eggs so I gave it a try a few months ago in March. Absolutely love going here. The lady that brings the eggs to us is such a sweet heart. I just discovered this gem of a place! Our family goes through a ton of eggs, so I like that I can order eggs by the case (15 dozen). Scotia Poultry responds to Messenger, so I am able to make my request without calling, and send an e-Transfer when the eggs are ready. They do curbside pickup, so I don't even have to leave my vehicle. I can tell that the eggs are extremely fresh, because when I hard boiled them to throw in pickle brine to make pickled eggs, the eggs stick to the shell really badly when peeling (classic sign of fresh eggs!). That's okay, though. I'll just wait a week before boiling next time! Thank you, Scotia Poultry for the eggcellent eggs and service!
