I just received my new Mazda CX-3 and I couldn’t be happier! The young man that delivered it to me was very thorough and took the time to show me how everything worked, and was brave enough to come on a test drive with me. Forgive me as I don’t know his name but Ryan sure does! Ryan, thank you for all your help, I love the car! The young man that delivered it was exceptional, so professional and courteous, really knew his job well and even came on a test drive with me! I will be sure to tell all my friends about you and the great service you provide and I’ll let them know what a great young man will be delivering their new car to them as well! Stay the heck away! Stay away from this place! They take advantage of seniors. Including my grandmother. They actually had the audacity to call my grandmother and verbally abuse her on the phone. This place doesn't have honesty. They claimed the vehicle went through safety and sold it with the MVI sticker. Even though the gas tank is leaking, fenders are missing. They didn't change the oil and in general, all the fluids were low. Until they make things right with my grandmother. (They told her they weren't interested in working on the concerns). Then I wouldn't trust the safety inspections from this dealer. Also. Check the BBB bureau. They have a F rating due to not responding to complaints. In the past 3 years, they had 26 complaints and only resolved 10. Do your research before entering this property. Also. Funny how they want my grandmother to call them back, after they verbally abused her and made her scared to contact any organization about there horrible treatment

Sam helped me find the perfect car for me. He worked with me to accommodate my needs and was very transparent with me regarding costs. I felt valued and respected by him through the whole process. Buying a new vehicle is a difficult process but Sam made it as stress free as possible. I would recommend him to anyone.

Samuel at 902 Auto was amazing. Calmed my nerves, took all the time needed to explain everything in detail for me to understand. Did not make me feel rushed or pushed into buying anything. He found the perfect car for me and my life style and disability and at a price that works for me. I have never felt this satisfied purchasing anything let alone a car. I have to say , hands down best experience I’ve ever had !! JAYME GOOD went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me to get my 2018 Chevy Cruze hatchback ❤️ I would definitely ask for Jayme if you’re looking to get a car from 902 Auto sales. He is amazing . Well, the first vehicle I bought from this company, there was no issues three months later or a month ago. I purchased another van through them and when I Received that van there was rust on the front of the hood. So I called them to let them know they need to do something about that because I would never bought that van with rust on it. After I spoke to them, 2 to 3 weeks went by before anyone got back to me because apparently everyone was sick for a couple weeks and when they finally got back to me, they said they’re not gonna do anything about it.
So I learned a valuable lesson about buying a vehicle that you take possession of without seeing it first. I never haggled with the price at all, they got what they asking for the vehicle and now I have a van that’s gonna cost me $750 to paint the hood.
So just be careful when you’re buying a vehicle that you can’t see and they come and drop it off In your driveway, sign a paper and they’re gone and then you’re stuck with it.

Bought a car and it was delivered with the engine light on and no assistance. Both myself and dealership in Yarmouth I was dealing with have been blocked by Nick. I purchased the extended warranty which is a joke if they block you. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them as long as I live. I’m getting legal advise and taking this further.
