I had such a good recommendation from the employee chris, I think was his name.I came in looking for some really specific jeans. And this guy knew exactly where they were and had two similar recommendations that were actually better than when I was looking for. No longer a customer. I have been shopping at their locations since 2008 and I’ve recently had a very bad experience with them and their customer service.They double charged me for an item and absolutely refused to give me a refund or acknowledge they messed up. I have filed an official complaint with the BBB.Pretty sad that they treat their customers like this, especially one that has been buying their products for over 15 years!Incredibly disappointed with be a huge understatement.

walked into american eagle with a friend and we were the only ones in the store other then staff. not one single word was said to us and their were 4 employees working at the cash. won’t be coming back to this american eagle

I have not been here in years but was recommended this place by a friend who also has trouble finding pants long enough! I walked in, was helped right away, and the clerk (young/middle aged man) found my size right away, and ordered me another pair in a different colour that arrived directly to my house that week! Incredible service ! Couldn’t have been easier.

My review is late,but I really hope it reaches the lovely employee who tried so hard to help us out.We were tired, sweaty and sick of the crowds when we visited this location at Mic Mac Mall.A lovely young lady named Sidney ( I hope I'm spelling that right!) tried to help us find what we were looking for, but sadly, we didn't end up buying. Regardless, this young woman's extremely positive and over and above boss level helpfulness means that our first visit to your store won't be our last visit.You have a real asset in Sidney. Excellent service, great attitude, and overall, a really nice person to deal with!

the tall brown haired guy was very helpful when I went in today! He helped me as soon as I went in and made sure I found the perfect jeans. Only giving 4 stars because the store was a bit dirty (the floor boards in the changing room were separating and there was a lot of dust build up where the floor boards were missing. they should probably fix that).

My partner needed to go in from an online order to exchange some jeans at the mic Mac mall location for a different size. As soon as we walked in this man asked us if we needed any help and we told him the situation. He reordered one of the pairs for us but was unable to reorder the second. We exchanged the one pair and he told us we can look around to see if there’s another pair we might want to get. After finding a pair she liked (which was more expensive than the ones she initially bought) he did a price match to the other pair with no other issues. He was very kind and made us feel very welcome and not judged. I forgot to ask for his name but he will be a big reason why we go back to shop there.

I went in to exchange pants I got online, I usually feel super bad about myself inside American eagles because I am a bit chubbier. But this one guy working there with brown/black hair was super sweet! He made me feel so comfortable to be in there and was such a big help. I wish I would’ve gotten his name; he made the process so much easier and made me feel better about having to size up.

I just had the most amazing experience at this store. I went out to find some jeans (my first time to the mall in a very long time) and was having trouble finding anything in my size which made my anxiety hit an all time high. Then the sweetest woman came over to check to make sure I was finding everything okay. She stayed with me for a good while, but I was still not finding what I needed. It was the end of her shift, but she made sure that there was someone to continue helping me. I ended up getting 4 pair of jeans because she went above and beyond to help me. Little does she know, she saved me from having a complete break down and leaving empty handed (as I usually do). I feel terrible because I didn't even get her name. She is a petite, mature, black woman with very kind eyes. You made my night, thank you.

Bought a gift card for our son for Christmas for $150. He went to use it on Boxing Day to get deals and showed a $0 balance. The store would not do anything to help, told us a number to call and now we have to wait 24-48 hours. In the meantime, all the clothes he wanted to purchase for the Boxing Day deals are probably are gone. Will never purchase from this store again!!
