I purchased a bedroom set today. The sale price made it well worth it, but even the regular prices on items seemed reasonable.
Jigar helped me out a LOT. He was honest, open, and very sweet. He took time to get to know me and figure out what I was looking for. I never felt any pressure whatsoever. Even if I hadn't made any purchase, it felt like he would be super kind and treat me the same. He was very thorough while looking up items for me and explaining my payment options. I can't say enough good things about him. It felt more like hanging out with my friends than going to buy furniture.

Had a great experience at Ashley's in Dartmouth buying a new diningroom set. Salesman was knowledgeable about the product and options for the dining set and gave a reasonable timeframe for delivery. Great service and product. Highly recommend ?

We were grateful for the help of Isiah on our initial visit to Ashley, he was so polite & informative. When we returned we were assisted by Debbie (the manager)who is very knowledgeable when it came to making decisions as far as the delivery logistics and what furniture was best suited for the space we had. We highly recommend this store, no pressure, great furniture & awesome staff! ????? thank you!

Friendly helpful sales staff. Such a big store, you need a guide. Although the whole buying process seemed to take longer than expected, the staff made us feel good about the transaction. It would have been nice if they were able to offer us a beverage while we contemplated our purchase.

All I can say from deciding to buying it was amazing experience. We are very pleased with our purchase and find the couch & chair from lumber support to the electronics to comfort to quality top notch. Sales staff were very friendly and we managed to get the manager who is hands on as our sales person. To make a long story short went in looked at many options decided on something we liked and slept on it. We ended up going back the next day to purchase it.
At no time were we pressured into buying anything this making it a stressless sale. The store is very clean well managed and the furniture is top notch with fair pricing. Check them out its worth the visit and we will definitely be back again.

The store is huge but without feeling too big, and I found it to be a great layout. The service we received from Jigar was amazing. He was personable, very positive and a great help. I definitely recommend.
