Atlantic Fabrics is a locally owned, family-operated business with five locations in Nova Scotia, offering sewing, craft, and decor supplies. The staff is consistently described as really nice, friendly, kind, fabulous, amazing, and incredibly helpful, often going above and beyond. Employees and even fellow customers are excited to give advice, making it a friendly place for total beginners and experienced crafters alike. The store has a great selection of fabrics and crafts, with a nice deal of selections on yarns and lots of variety, so you should be able to find everything you need. While associates are always accommodating, the point-of-sale system is noted as rather dated. Overall, it is a fantastic and welcoming destination for all sewing and crafting projects.
Truly my favourite store to visit. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help. When they don’t carry items I need for my projects, they refer me to other great local businesses. I’ll be a customer for life!
