Had an excellent experience at this Best Buy. Had a particularly helpful employee give us a hand named Dorian. Super knowledgeable about the TVs, not pushy at all and just genuinely informative. Will be back for that encounter alone!

I went today at best buy with my husband for purchase 2 mobile phones..the first girl who assisted us was very good,calm and helpful in nature and this two stars I give for that girl but the other one came after she was very rude she didn't even know how to talk with customers ...this is our worst experience ever.. we'll never come again to purchase anything from here.. Customers are not for take out employees frustration.. Please Take action against employees who do not know how to provide customer service.

Giving a full two stars, because unlike others, our two recent visits were not marred but not being able to get help, in fact, the workers at least tried.
Issues however: trip one, we were there for a specific item, where you find a little card hanging on a rack, that you turn in for said item, which is fine. On the card, it says specifically to go to the geek squad desk to retrieve your item, that is fine too. Where we go and wait in line for a fair while, because the store is busy, also fine, until we get service and are told we have to go to the cash to get said item. So we wait in line #2, this is no longer fine. Once we get there, then she goes into the locker to try and find said item that they apparently don’t have in stock, and then tries to sell us another, lesser, item. This is very not fine. If the item is not in stock, then why are there cards hanging on the rack for this item? And yes, we checked online before we went into the store, and after we left the store. We ended up purchasing at a better computer store, and with none of the headache.
Day two: since I was in the area, I would drop in to see if I could find a keyboard/case for my iPad, since I recalled seeing some the day before. We looked, but could not find one compatible to my iPad, and that was fine. Then a store clerk, who was very much trying to be helpful, asked if we could use help. We tried to explain to her what size and model IPad I have, which the store sells btw, but she did not seem to comprehend what either of us explained, and instead suggest a keyboard foiling for the completely wrong model because it was about the same size “and should work”. She couldn’t even point us to separate items that do go with my model, and as far as I can tell, if we did not know what we were doing, I would have ended up going home with a very incompatible item that would need to be returned. It was painfully obvious that employees are being hired who don’t know their products and actually should not be trying to help in that capacity.

I bought PS5 spiderman2 bundle and it didn't came with the disk holder and digital game code and when I went to store to replace it she (TRIVENI) (Senior admin Specialist) gave three different statements which was unpredictable and her arrogance and rudeness was on the height doesn't even have a sense how to talk to a customer and putting blame on customer(me)
best should choose there managers well if managers are like this how would be the behaviour of the employees. This branch (dartmouth crossing) need to choose their representatives wisely. She gave me deals when i chose one she said no deal for you. I will never go to these store ever. They disrespected me infront of so many people.I have filed a complaint about her to bestbuy i hope they take action

Went in on Friday to purchase a laptop sleeve. Found what I wanted, went to the cash, and nobody was there. I stood around for a couple minutes. Multiple employees saw me waiting. I gave up and left.

Generally really good, they got you covered with so much stuff it's ridiculous and even have drinks if you need a quick refresher for whatever reason. Great general electronics store for a lot of things.
As someone who works in customer service, I'm gonna save you some trauma though and note out a distinct issue. I'm thankful I remained very skeptical of the 3rd party Nintendo Switch dock they had on floor, I've always been skeptical ever since they've been known to brick your console and obviously no one would want such a thing. It's likely going to cause a few unsuspecting people to be pissed off.

Worse experience at this store! Go buy things from Costco! Told could return full refund for 30days then told couldn’t as that wasn’t the policy any more it states it on the website! Staff state one thing and policy is another! Last buy from here!

Haven’t been a fan of the store and their interrogation tactics upon entering post Covid, but went in today attempting to buy a pair of $500 headphones. After seeing as many as 4 employees congregating at the front of the store doing nothing but taking photos and gossiping I asked several to open the case, to which i was told I needed to be in “the queue”. After waiting in the aisle 10 more minutes and being assured by another employee staring at their cell phone doing nothing that I was in “the queue” I told them they could keep it and that there is no queue to order them on Amazon. This is why you’re failing as a company Best Buy, do better.

I bought a universal power adapter from the laptop section in the store. I get it home and it says on the fine print on the box that it is not compatible with computers. I also found the same item for 1/3rd the price online.I thought best buy was supposed to be good with electronics? They are selling some low tier garbage at rip off prices. This item could have damaged or destroyed my laptop. Anyway, shoddy products abound this day in age. Sell enough shoddy products and you become a shoddy company.

Terrible customer service. When you buy something new and in 30 days it doesn’t last- you should be able to exchange or return. That’s just a poor quality product. Last time I go to a big box store when online is just so much easier and more flexible.
