From the first moment I walked in the door until I walked out with a unit rented a little while later, the whole experience was great! The girl who waited on us was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The building is clean, the loading area is large and bright, and the automatic lights everywhere is amazing at nighttime. I am so glad I did my research and went to Bluebird Storage. :)

We have a locker at Bluebird Storage. The fact we can have items shipped to our locker and received by Bluebird staff is a game changer for us. With freight delivered to our locker with immediate notification frees us up to grow our business. Having an available well appointed boardroom available to clients is a tremendous bonus for us to meet our own clients. As I said above, this storage company offers mich more and is a game changer for our company.

Storage unit is climatised and has good opening times.Be aware that a mandatory monthly insurance fee will be added, right now CAD 15.If you choose an offer from their website, make a screenshot! They won't remember it when you finish the booking process in their office and tell you that there was never an offer like that.

This is the first time I have used a storage unit. The staff was professional friendly, and the facility is well-lit and clean. Sign up was very straightforward. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.The rows are a bit of a maze, and while they are labeled with names, I would love arrows, or colour coding for each “street”. Otherwise, very satisfied!

This is the best storage place in all of HRM. We have been with them for over 9 years, and the staff is sooo friendly, especially Jeff. They work with you not against you.

I found the whole process of setting up a storage unit very easy from talking on the phone, pricing units to finishing the paperwork in the office. I especially appreciated the guided tour of the facility ahead of moving in, that is so thoughtful & helpful l!

I was impressed with the customer service provided by bluebird Storage. When I called to inquire about their services, the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the necessary information regarding pricing, unit sizes, and availability.Upon visiting their facility, I found it to be clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff members were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me through the paperwork and explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement in detail.

We needed storage on short notice, and the team at Bluebird was fantastic. We had a unit booked for same-day arrival, they called to confirm, and everything was ready when we arrived. Very clean facilities, and about 2mins from the Ikea in Dartmouth where you can rent and return U-hauls if you need them to move.

Bluebird has been excellent to us on our recent trip to Halifax, as we had to keep our things temporarily while exploring nearby attractions. Jeff was so kind and professional and made us feel safe about this decision and we'll definitely be back!!
