Chris at this location was a joy to work with getting new jeans .
super helpful @ finding the right jeans for me and my girl.
I recently lost wieght and needed new jeans .
wasn't ready or good at finding proper sizes or what to buy .
this gentleman was so kind helpful and knowledgeable about there inventory .
I ended up in some great fitting silver jeans ?
Awsome staff overall .

I never shop at this store but I went in with a friend who was looking for jeans.
I believe her name was Ally, younger associate. Anyways I cannot say enough about her. I was actually blown away by her customer service and knowledge of what the store sold. Ended up getting 3 pair of jeans and a wonderful experience with her! She wasn't annoying in the least, friendly, knowledgable and helpful! Also it was just her working and she was able to easily keep up with the other 8+ people in the store. All I'm saying is, she's a great example of customer service! She deserves a raise! I'm proud of her and I don't even know her! Thank you Ally, for your help! Much appreciated!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Bootlegger. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The manager, Amanda, was incredibly professional and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and offered to assist me with my shopping. I was looking for a specific item, and Amanda was able to locate it quickly and easily. She also took the time to answer my questions about the product and offer other suggestions.I was very impressed with Amanda's customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive shopping experience. I highly recommend Bootlegger to anyone looking for a retail store with excellent customer service.
