“I was always a Charm Diamond customer, but after my last experience I was extremely disappointed . I took a sterling silver chain in for repair on September 7/25. At that time I purchased the exact same chain so that I’d have two , the total cost including tax was $27.92 . I received an email saying my repair was ready to be picked up I believe on September 12th . I went in on September 15/25 to pick up my repaired chain and to my surprise the total cost of the repair was $54.72, that’s almost double the original cost. I wasn’t a happy customer and was told I should have asked for a quote , as repairs are expensive. Well why wasn’t I told this at the time , I was offered a warranty at the time of the second purchase, but declined as I had no idea of the cost of repairs, but I wasn’t offered a warranty at the time of the first purchase which I believe was in May or June of 2025. So if the staff have an idea that repairs are expensive, I feel that it could have been explained to the customers in a better manner. I worked in retail myself for 39 years and this definitely isn’t customer service. This is absolutely unacceptable and shameful.

After posting this review the manager contacted me and I’m extremely pleased that the store manager Kersti resolved this issue to my full satisfaction. I’m very pleased with her quick response and how she wanted to make sure that her customers matter . I will continue to be a Charm Diamond customer as I feel that they do care and value their customers. Therefore I changed my rating to a five star”
