Bruce is absolutely fantastic! He helped me rebuild my great grandmothers wedding ring that has been passed down through the generations. He is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about finding the best solutions to make your jewellery last. The ring turned out better than I could have imagined and I am so excited to wear it everyday! The Short version:
My husband and I had an amazing experience with having our 3 rings made by Bruce. Any time I see someone looking for a custom jewlery piece, I always suggest Bruce.
Full Review:
I reached out to Bruce in Summer 2022 when my now husband and I were discussing engagement rings. My husband wanted to ensure I got the ring I wanted and knew I was not a fan of the ones we typically seen in stores. I'm not a diamond person, I love color.
I reached out to other designers who would not even talk to me because my budget was too low. Bruce never once made me feel like I was too low of a budget. He even suggested stones in the color I wanted, based on the stone I first mentioned I was interested in was actually a softer stone. The first ring (we had 3 rings made by Bruce) we went back and forth many times to get the design just right. Not once did he make me feel rushed or that I was being a burden for not being able to make up my mind. All the designs were beautiful, and I needed to take a step back at one point to picture the ones I kept going back to. Even the day of the pick up he did a quick adjustment to my ring size, and due to the hot weather I still thought it was too tight. Bruce kindly mentioned that before expanding the size again, to wait until the colder months (about 3 months after the pick up) and see how it fits. It was a great call because if we sized up again it likely would been too big during the winter months. Now it fits perfectly year round.
A little over a year later we reached out to have our wedding bands made, and the experience was the same. I wear my engagement ring as my primary band, and my wedding band is a beautiful matching shadow band. My Husband although still getting used to wearing a ring, is finding his ring comfortable and loving the yellow and white gold ring he had made. (My rings are white gold, and my husband wanted some white gold to tie my rings into his).

Where do I get started…. Craftsmanship, enthusiasm and communication are all unrivalled. Working with Bruce was such a seamless process! After contacting two larger companies and getting insane quotes for a simple gold band, and feeling skeptical about having to send my engagement ring, I reached out to Bruce! Bruce was quick to start the process with me, allowing me to keep my ring the entire time! I was able to make small changes to get the exact product that I wanted! I couldn’t be more happy with the work Bruce completed ☺️

Bruce is the real deal. Bruce helped us learn a lot about the ring and gemstone process, how theyre made, the terminology, quality ranking, etc... I was also able to request and have made exactly what I was hoping for. The end result was a high quality ring with a great gemstone!

Bruce did a wonderful job guiding me through the ring designing experience and crafted a beautiful engagement ring for my now fiancée.
He was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole process and was able to answer any questions I had.

I am so thankful we found Bruce to recreate an inherited ring from my mother in law to my size. Bruce was excited and up for the challenge. His communication throughout the process was exceptional! He kept us informed and part of the process. He was always available for all our questions.
I absolutely love my new ring! It is so much better than the original. The gold weight is substantial along with a beautiful design. The diamonds are set precisely in this intricate design in each row. The claws are also designed to last so that I can pass this ring to my daughter one day.
Don’t let the things that were given to you sit in a drawer. Recreate it! Make it yours!
I highly recommend Bruce to anyone who wants some bling in their life! You will not be disappointed!
