Visited from out of town with family. An employee, I think Greg helped and was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Family of 4, we all walked out with bears we were happy with. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the experience, the store was clean and laid out in an easy to follow way to assemble your bear.

Such wonderful memories for the kids. We've been here 4-5 times now, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make it extra special for my children, and I really appreciate that.
