I bought a $3,000 saw (CX213) After one year the saw blade wouldn’t go up or down. I had to spend $170 for a moving company to bring it to the shop and another $170 to bring it back.
Turns out a nut came off. They charged me $30 while keeping my saw for almost one month.
So, a couple months later, the same thing happened. The saw blade is stuck below the table top. Second time, same problem. Another $150 to transport this saw to your shop and it will be another $150 to bring it back.
It’s been in your shop for a week and a half with no info reported.

I expect the people selling multi thousand dollar machines to know what they are selling. Staff here are very uneducated on the products they sell, id never buy a 10k tool from someone who can't explain the simplistic things about the tool. Very discouraging place to shop when you're being sold the wrong accessories for your tools. I'd be embarrassed to own this franchise. They couldn't even sell me the right size chisels for my lathe, even knowing the lathe I had they still got it wrong.I only recommend shopping here if you don't expect any knowledge from staff. The products themselves are medium quality. Do your research and don't let their staff be your research.

great place,everything i need.a young couple who work there helped me with everything and she knew what she was talking about!they had nothing but good things to say and thanked me several times for coming in!it really felt good especially this time of year!kudos to them!

Good spot, as long as you understand most of the machine tools (including the lathes and mills) are all rebranded imports. Really good service at this location as well, which makes a big difference.

The organization has issues for sure. I have had a number of problems with both the items I have purchased as well as the company customer service. The kicker is that the staff at this store are always friendly and go out of their way helpful in bolt wood working experience and honest evaluations on items you may have thought you wanted. So far all the issues over the years have been resolved.
