Very reasonable cost (lower than most) for mounting tires on rims, TPS valve stems, wheel balancing and installation of said tires. They are quite busy, so my wait was a bit long, overall very happy with my service.
The Service team and parts team where very friendly and easy to deal with, during my visit I saw them explain issues to customers in a easy to understand way.

I took my daughters car for service.
Friendly at the desk but the mechanic was all about up selling. Unnecessary brake flush and wheel alignment, top tier brakes in the estimate which I was only told about when I asked. Had MVI done and had winter tires installed on rims and the 2 rears had low tire pressure. Maybe they should concentrate on getting the basics right first.

Marilyn and Dale were absolutely exceptional and potentially life saving. We were renting a vehicle while in holiday when we noticed an issue with our front tire. The customer service team at Canadian tire was very understanding of our circumstances and fit us in right away so we could continue our travels. Marilyn and Dale unprompted, went the extra mile to check the rest of the tires as they new we were travelling and discovered some major safety problems including a slash in the other front tire and the lug nuts on 2 of our other tires being so loose that our tires were certain to fall off at some point during the drive. If they wouldn’t have checked these things and helped us the way they did, we could have been in a serious accident and our lives could have been at risk. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to help us in such a dire situation. Amazing amazing service and amazing people. Thank you!!!!!

Extremely disorganized! Had appointment to get my tires put on. They said it would be an hour. I walked around and then sat and watched as my car didn’t move from its parking spot for over an hour. I then asked if there was a hold up. The woman went out back to check and didn’t come back for 15 min. When she returned she lied and said the technician took my vehicle in already. I told her my car hasn’t moved from its spot the entire time. She went out back to check again and after 10 min said she lost my keys but found them. I then left and Canadian tire lost out on 1100$ . Don’t lie to your customers and expect business.

The worst experience with a mechanic/auto shop I've ever had. WAY more expensive than it should have been. Took them 8 HOURS to do an MVI, Oil Change, and change/align 2 tires. Dropped the car off at 8am and they weren't done until almost 4pm. Customer service was garbage. They also left a bunch of oil/gunk all over the outside of my car that I then had to clean off myself.
Do yourself a favour and find a local place and never go to Canadian Tire for auto/mechanic services. I only went because I was in a pinch and needed something soon and my regular mechanic had no openings. Lesson learned I should have just waited for them instead.
Only positive note is that the 2 tires were on sale. Everything else was horrible.
