Wow! I had an appointment this morning at 8am for a tire change and safety inspection. My windshield ended up getting cracked, so I couldn’t do the safety inspection and just needed the tire change. They refused to just change my tires.
They said they couldn’t do the tire change.
I said “even though I have a tire appointment?” He replied with “I don’t make the rules.” Very ignorant from the time I walked in the door. I drove up to the garage door, they opened it and lost their shit and said I couldn’t just drive in. ••••then don’t open the door!••••
If someone could explain this to me….that would be great!
I will call corporate on Monday.

Just a terrible shopping experience. Employees hound you across the store trying to sell you there credit card, and the place has more anti-theft protections than a bank. Makes you feel guilty just walking around. Not that you’d ever steal anything anyways b/c there is no point taking junk home.

Every year I need spa test strips for my hot tub, which I operate all year. Every year I have to get someone to "check the warehouse" because the item is "seasonal". This is utter BS. The staff are always annoyed that they have to go find something in the warehouse. Not cool.

Shopping for garage cabinet on a Sunday. Website says 2 in stock. We wanted both.3 associates trying to assist. Last one says only one in box, other one is on display and no one qualified to bring it down. They suggested we return on Tuesday following holiday. We left. Every time I go to this store, large items ate difficult to acquire. Why bother shopping here at all?

Well, an empty store with plenty of people to help open up a cabinet. And not one of them wanted to go and grab the key. I stood there like an idiot for 15 mins. If I can’t grab the keep to get the item, you won’t do it. How does someone buy it ? Walmart here I come.
Dear people all standing at the front looking at me like I’m an idiot because I expected one of the customer service to maybe help a customer get a key ?.
I think you may need to be spoken to about your responsibility’s as customer service. And told that sometimes you may have to help someone retrieve an idea behind a locked cabinet.

after spending hours trying to get one single wiper blade on my car (with the help from 3 others) I was stumped. I had no idea what the heck was going on and why it wouldn’t latch in. I also had this same issue a year ago when changing out these blades.
After having 4 failed attempts with this I decided to go to Canadian Tire to see if someone there could figure it out. This location was VERY helpful and understood that I was super frustrated with this car. (Turns out this time was because the blade I bought from a different CT location was missing a piece which is why no one could get it to lock in - I’m assuming it was a return and someone broke it or something? Idk)
The technician told me to run in and get a new blade so he could help. Within SECONDS of him getting the new blade he was able to put it on and lock it in.
I’m not sure if it was the blade or the model of my car but holy hell I couldn’t for the life of me get the first one on. I’ll just stick to going to this location to get my wipers on. Thank you SO MUCH to the technicians that were so kind to me and helped with this. You made my day so much better!!!

We had the worst service ever from the person working in the sporting department. After being paged 2-3 times, he finally came to his department 15 mins later. Won’t make this my frequent store.

Very unprofessional service
I had a confirmed appointment for my car.
I showed up on time as per the appointment.
The staff told me my appointment is canceled.
I don’t even get any notifications for the cancellation. When I asked for any reason the guy at parts and service counter told we can’t give any reason of cancellation. They have wasted my whole day. Now I’m going to book somewhere else. Don’t go there if you don’t want to waste your time.
