“My first time having to rent a vehicle. The associate went over the vehicle thoroughly to point out any damages and ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. They also pointed out that if I happened to be done earlier I could return the vehicle early and save a day. They were responsive to call me with final details and to sort out the billing on my credit card. Would recommend this location!”

“I rented a car from the Avis location at Halifax Airport, and the next day, noticed the tire on my rental vehicle was defective - there was a subtle but dangerous bubble on the sidewall of the tire.
The staff at this location were fantastic. They exchanged vehicles for me and were remarkably efficient considering the mountain of paperwork that needed to be filled and signed. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way again.
I can attest that everything was done correctly in Avis's system, because there were no problems dropping the swapped vehicle back at the airport.
