I had my daughter's (she is 8 years old) ears pierced by Jay. She was friendly, knowledgeable and completely put my daughter at ease. She provided lots of care instruction and my daughter was thrilled with the results. Price was very fair. Overall, a really fun experience. Highly recommend.

Talked to Emma on phone. Was absolutely so kind and helpful. I learned they couldn’t do what I was looking for but she went out of her way to help me. So lovely
