“Yash and Ajit exchanged my defective TCL TV after purchasing it here 50 days ago. This was extremely nice of them. I did not have an extended warranty.
TCL customer service would only offer a rebuilt TV to replace my 55QM5K with issues (Black/grey blobs on display).
I went with an LG with the exchange! Much higher build quality in my experience.
