This review is not about the quality of service it is about the reliability of a Miele dishwasher washer. Our first Miele dishwasher was excellent. It provided trouble free performance for over 12 years. Our second Miele product, model G4238 purchased from Creative Appliance in 2021 proved to be a dud. The electronics completely failed after only 4 years. Very expensive to repair so we decided Miele was no longer worth the premium price.

After an extensive search for a month to find someone to come in and repair my natural gas oven, Kate from creative application, gallery was the only person able to assist me in locating a technician. I even tried to contact the company of the appliance to request a repair agent and they were unable to find one within my area. Kate was extremely kind and offered multiple suggestions. She also provided a personalize contact number in case the recommended technicians were not available. I highly recommend this company for all your needs.

Creative was reasonable to deal with. However our experience with the reliability of the 3 Bosch appliances they recommended has not been good. 3 failures on 2 large appliances in less than 1.5 years; no help from Bosch, nor Creative.

There's a hole in my kitchen where a microwave should be. Approximately a month after my very expensive Thermador microwave was installed, it ceased to heat anything. Creative Appliance tried to fix it and ended up having to take it back to the shop. That was over a year ago. I've heard many excuses and chased their wild gooses but still no microwave.Rather than step up with an alternative solution they are taking another approach. They've just stopped all communications. If you sell high end products in a small city, this is a VERY bad way to do business.I would definitely avoid Creative Appliances because of their creative excuses.

We bought All the appliances from them ; paid half of the purchase in end of May 2022. In October we called and we found out range hood is available we picked up ( deal was with delivery but we thought till the rest of Appliences be ready -estimate before Xmas- ) we brought it home and till we found the electrician passed 2 weeks, when we were installing, found out damage , their response was is 2 weeks passed we can't do anything about it.......they agreed to send someone to fix it , person came one month ago and he told us he will be back with proper tolls, still waiting. We keep calling about Appliences no answer.... We purchased more than 10000$ ..... the customer service is very bad.....

I bought a new washer and dryer from them. The dryer had some unresolved issues. They happily replaced that dryer with another new one of slightly higher value. Delivery was prompt an professional, took away the old ones so I did not have to worry about disposal. I am happy if they can recycle parts rather than going to the dump (which would have been my option). All in all a good experience. Clothes are drying as we speak!

Sadly a mediocre experience!
Had high hopes as this company had been highly recommended!
Lots of information and conversation whilst present in the showroom but sadly unable to deliver with the promised emails with quotes and numbers etc!
We wanted something more high end and ended up shopping and buying else where as a result!
Every prospect is a potential long term client! I guess easy to miss!

I had been looking for a special laundry soap. Its the absolute best for my front load washer. I contacted Creative Appliance and their staff was great at making sure I was getting the right detergent.
When I went into their show room to pick it up - WOW - that's where a chef's dream comes true.
I didn't know much about some of the brands they carried, but after speaking with Kris his abundance of knowledge for all the products and their benefits, I know where my dream appliances are going to come from.
Great showroom, amazing, knowledgeable staff. If you're ready to invest into your kitchen - start here!!
