Many times we post negative reviews but so few times do we post positive ones. Good service should be recognized .
I had a problem with my right signal light and in August had the light module replaced. In late September I had the same problem recur. I had an appointment in October at which time it was diagnosed that the part replaced in August was defective and a new part was ordered.
I now have had my car replaced at no charge by Dartmouth Chysler Jeep Dodge.
I am happy with the service I received!

I got my first car in canada as a new comer
When i look for a car i look on all the places the car i got is a toyota CH-R, the price i found with dartmouth chrysler jeep is the best (trust me in all the dartmouth and halifax dealerships i really checked them all)
I guive 5 stars to the team working there especially Michael and Dan they are so professional helpful compréhensif and they take care of all the small details. Thank you Dan thank you Michael for all what you did for me

Before we start, I’m not a car mechanic but I have been a Marine Mechanic for over 27yrs, hold a red seal Millwright and specialized in Machining. I usually do my brakes/oil change myself, but felt lazy that morning and decided to bring it in..
Brought my vehicle for oil change and brake service, very basic. 2 hours later, received a call stating that they stripped one of my Lock Nut and it would take some effort to remove with Dremel. They denied using an Impact Gun/Wrench to remove any studs. After 3 hours of messing around and $187, my car was ready.
2 months later, checking my brakes (before winter checks) to realize that one of my Studs was stripped out. Good thing I didn't get a flat tire, I would have been stuck on the side of the road, God knows where.
Please tell me again, you don’t use Impact Guns to remove or replace studs on tires, Not impressed, total bill $600+ :/

I took my car to Dartmouth Chrysler because of problems that seemed to be with the transmission. I asked to go on the ride check to make sure that the noises were heard. After a considerable wait I was told that the car had been fixed and I was not included in the ride check. It is possible that the car could make adjustments on its own but so far it is not any better and I was not given the requested opportunity to provide my input to the problem.

Vic MacDonald was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested. I was so impressed with his ability to understand what I was looking for and who I was as a customer. He made me feel safe and comfortable with the vehicle and with him. His personality is amazing. He really knows how to treat people with respect.

Took my vehicle in to get a piece of mine Check done on the vehicle before the winter months Set in and come to find out There was a couple small issues and the dealership was very accommodating to my needs. And was able to fix it without a big punch in the pocket.
