Love Kathy, my boyfriend took his impact gun in to get fixed all the way from PEI, when Home Depot or home hardware wouldn’t deal with it, she waved the fee, and helped us so much. Dewalt is so lucky to have Kathy! ?

Fast service for my Dcd999. It had a chuck that would let go and they replaced the assembly. No arguing.
