Dollarama is a very big store with a nice atmosphere and good customer service. It is clean and well set, with friendly and helpful staff. The store carries a more extensive product selection than smaller locations, including many new items. Shoppers can find very good bargains on almost every daily need, from household and personal products to pet essentials, event props, stationery, and food. Pricing remains quite reasonable overall, with many products between $4. The store does not have self-checkout lines, opting to keep staff on instead.
The roof is leaking in many places. And the parking lot is terrible. I see they have tried to fix parking, placing pylons... trouble is people still abuse parking amongst them, and in the fire lane. Just park in a spot and walk over. If you need the mobility spaces, be patient and WAIT for one.

Staff is nice but you smell the stench of dirty water as soon as you enter and a quick look around reveals multiple leaks with dirty black water on the floor. I have to wear a mask when I visit. My heart goes out to the employees that have to work under such unhealthy conditions.
