I love Vishu. He’s such a polite young man and has exceptional customer service skills. I work on the Tim Hortons side so I see a lot of his interactions with people.

There ONE particular staffer that SCARES me and he REFUSES to listen. He messes up EVERY TIME and he acts really threatening and angry. I'm too scared to return here.....

It's a gas station. With snacks. What more can I say.
I went in the evening and I had to pay through a very tiny security slot. Good for employee's safety but I felt a little insecure standing outside using my card, it felt a little sketch especially when there were two people standing around the corner of the building in the dark. Not going back in the evening.

For some reason it cost an extra $8 to fill my tank up even though gas went down 3 cents not sure if the pumps are being checked or they're just trying to grab a couple dollars from hard-working people beyond that the absolute stench of body odor ingulphs the place because the staff at the till don't wash at first I thought maybe it was somebody else's ambiance however it was rather apparent that the gentleman at the till with the red turban smelled as if he hadn't showered in a month to each his own I guess but makes me not want to eat food at a place that smells like a gym bag

I’m working over here,we’re closed only walk-in, (during the night-time and back open at 6am). Rest of things, are available 24 hrs.
I know it’s not been easy to purchase goods, but our employees are always welcome you and provide the necessary help.

I don't know whether it's the company or staff policy that they won't let anyone use the washroom around midnight until 6 am. It's ridiculous that I pumped gas from the station and won't let me use the washroom. An informal note was seen on the front door with the staff's rude behaviour!?
