My friend purchased a $100 gift card and when they took her money, they realized they are “ out of gift cards”. No receipt. No refund and no gift card. Nothing was offered or done to rectify this situation of terrible, rude customer service. Be ashamed of yourselves there!! It’s 2 days before Christmas this is NOT ACCEPTABLE

was in here on wednesday december 18 in the afternoon. i stood by the changing room for awhile, had a few of the young teenager workers look me dead in the eye, and then walk away and start doing tik toks standing up on the displays etc. they had no interest in helping me in the change room and it took me awhile to get rung through the cash. very inappropriate behaviour and i was extremely disappointed.

i work in this mall so i went to shop around while waiting for my shift. i walked in and asked a girl what was the largest size they carry and she looked at me with a very judging look on her face and said large. i walked out without even looking at anything and i'm too embarrassed to go back in this store since that encounter..

Costumer Service was horrible. There was aleast 4-5 employees working in the store and wasn't even that busy. Not one person offered to help us find anything. The wait in the checkout line was ridiculous and I was the second person in line. Instead of the other staff member standing by the cash doing nothing she could have open the next till or clean the store, instead of making people wait 10+ minutes in line.

Vanna was very sweet although we couldn't find what I needed she called both of the other stores to see if they had what I was looking for! Amazing customer service.

The clothes are nice but the staff are always in your face the second you walk in the door, every single person in that store has to tell me the same god dang thing even though they just watched somebody else tell me. Rude and unbearable staff.

I love the clothing here but a few employees can be pretty rude and odd. They might look at you strangly. They might even say a rude comment out of nowhere. There are really kind and helpful employees also though.

I was in your store this morning around 11 am And have to say the young lady that waited on me could not have been any better to me she went out of her way to help me , I have trouble walking and she let me sit and kept bring me things to look at The girl at the cash was just as nice to me Thank you for your great staff i will be back to your store again
