Minus a star because this place smells weird. Not normal gym smells, more like potential mold or mildew? Not sure, but it's throughout the whole place and is hard to get used to. Pretty unpleasant.Equipment and facilities are good, not brand new but solid stuff that works well. All the machines and workout areas you would expect from a GoodLife. Good layout and not crowded in the mornings.

Decent gym. A bit dated and hours could be better but it's in an industrial park so I guess those work for most people.

Shane and the team at GoodLife Burnside are just fantastic! Super accessible location for folks that work and commute from both sides of the bridge, and we love how awesome the staff are. Very engaged, energized, and committed to local community. ?

Turn up the heat please (turn down AC). Very large gym, lots of cardio equipment. Guys serious about pumping iron.

It’s alright… I worked there for a while, so I really knew how it functioned. It’s high pressure sales and. I hated having to approach people while they worked out.. the gym is great, equipment wise. I don’t mind the layout, but it definitely needs an update. It’s very much the same people, day in and day out, because it’s set up in an industrial area. So if you don’t like the social aspects of the gym, be prepared to run into the same people everyday who will eventually start to strike up a conversation every time you’re in

The gym is good and staff is nice too, wish it could be open 24 hours.

I wish they would fix the AC, as it's getting hot outside and it's harder and harder to lure us inside of this club when it's so warm .. staff is very friendly as always!

Only good thing about this gym is that it's relatively quiet. Most staff are unwelcoming and just stand around talking to one another. Very rarely are there greetings. They have no cleaner. The staff should be wiping down equipment but they'd prefer to play games on their phones. Equipment is older and has a terrible setup.

This GoodLife location is where you go if you looking for a workout with no crowd. However the equipment at this location is pretty old.

Stuff extremely friendly.It took only 2 weeks to fix broken entrance electric bar: so no more risk to break your neck when you are 6' and taller.Keep it up!

Great gym. Love that they have DBs heavier then 100lbs. And I like the Plat loaded machine. You don't see that to often an GL's now a days.

Love the location, easy to go to after work, staff are friendly. Only downside is a flickering light bulb that is really annoying in the middle of the gym.

Great place. No appointments necessary, never busy especially on the weekends. been going here for years.
