I don’t understand why they have the big family room ? If you don’t want anyone to go in there with the family and try . I was there with my 16 months old daughter and wife and they gave us small room to try and made me to sit outside. Unfortunately they can’t allow all of us to go together in the family room . The girl at the changing room was so rude with us . You better work on your communication . Wake up you are living in 2024 .

Well, I am not impressed with the customer service and assistance received by the GM this morning.I came from Halifax to the Mic Mac Mall H&M to get a specific kid dress mentioned available online.After looking for it and not finding it I asked an employee for assistance. She went to 1 rack and told me "this is all what we have". I said but online says you have some in stock and I came from Halifax believing the app. Oh, the app is not accurate was the answer.At that point, yes, I got irritated and since there was no more hope to get help I asked to speak with a manager.The GM came very professional and tried to help. Also saying the app is not accurate. I suggested the website should mention this, it would help.After looking at the model on my phone she said they do have this dress and went to another rack.So I said that maybe her employee should get some training and she replied she will talk to her. All good till now.BUT it went bad when I heard her saying to her employee " some customers are like that" with a tone I took as I was bad.When I told her that it was not me being bad but her employee not trained, I heard a: have a good day and she turned away.Sir, you were very aggressive , we gave you what you wanted....Being confronted with customer service and training staff in the hospitality industry as a manager for years, never I would have say this.As said, I was happy getting the dress until she made a comment about me.

Store is fine. Some things were on sale, and some things weren't. The employees I dealt with weren't nice. I wasn't there asking anyone personal favours!

I remember when this store had clothing for men, now it’s just clothing for boys….sorry I mean men’s clothing men can’t fit into. The selection is very small now. Disappointed.

Visited this location (mic mac mall, dartmouth) on Saturday, July 10th around noon. Wanted a couple pairs of sandals for my daughter.I went to the children's section and found couple that I liked, however, most things in the store were on sale but these sandals weren't labeled as sale items. I decided to go to the cashiers to check if they were somehow on sale as there were no one else in the store at the time that could assist.I joined the line up to the cashier, noticed that one particular cash was open and there was a cashier stood behind the glass. I proceeded towards the counter to ask if the sandals were on sale. This particular cashier however DID NOT even give me a chance to get my words out before she said with a nasty attitude "I am waiting for someone to come back here."Now, how was I suppose to know you were waiting on another individual to come back that was no where to be seen close to the check out line? It was a simple YES or NO answer whether or not the sandals were on sale. I wasn't ready to check out. But your attitude was disgusting!This particular cashier was at the middle cash register around lunch time, wearing a black and white striped dress with an H&M badge, no name tag! Also, was wearing a stud nose ring!Perhaps you should stay home if you're not willing to answer questions about items in a store that you are working!Beautiful store however, well laid out but this particular member of your team need some lessons on how to control or manage her attitude before dealing with the public.

I’m giving them one star because there was one time when the staff was obviously annoyed that I had to dig in my emails for my membership number, I was the only one in the queu. She said “ sorry, nexttime we don’t accept that way anymore”. It was unbelievable. Maybe it was true but I wasn’t so happy the way she said it and ended up giving that membership up.

Clerks were fantastic, very helpful gentlemen! Selection was OK, had a hard time finding the correct sizes as merchandise was fairly picked over. Still love the store, definitely going back!
