“Went to purchase numerous items for a small project. We ran into an employee named Lorne. Amazing. Huge knowledge base. When most stores are self service, he made our experience so positive. Thanks.”

“Two days in a row dealing with “Dan” from the flooring dept. helping us find and cut blinds for various windows. It was a challenge to find the match we needed and have them properly cut. I must sy I have had a few doubts about dealing with The Home Depot for a few reasons but Dan has restored my faith. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient on day one. Back on day two for another blind and cut - same experience. Price becomes less of a factor with customer care like Dan provided.”

“I went into the store just before close yesterday. I interacted with five employees and all were friendly and wanted to help. One who was clearly leaving work and walking through the parking lot to go home offered to help load my material on.”

“Wow, the customer service from Rodha was above exceptional! Here I was so confused trying to get an adapter that will help me use my laptop charger - then I met spoke with him and then he did everything he can , even by picking my original charger and then amending it with an adapter I bought from the store. Listen this is an elderly man but he was so calm and stayed with me and got me a solution. Employees like this are the true assets of companies. Thank you Rodha 🙏🏿”
