This place is fantastic! Not only was the work on my rocker panels done beautifully, they detailed my vehicle before pick up. I begged for a quick appointment due to failed safety inspection and they accommodated me despite being booked solid for weeks. Highly recommend!

Justin was incredible! I hit a curb yesterday and panicked when a piece of my car fell off. I called Hot Shots immediately and they told me they could look at it that day! I showed up with only 5 minutes until close. Justin waited for me to arrive, cleaned up my car and put the piece back in within minutes. He even touched it up with paint for me. These guys turned what would have been a terrible day, into an amazing one. Thank you so much Hot Shots and Justin!! You guys are the best. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

John, the owner, does do good work, but doesn't listen to customer's.I brought my custom Harley Davidson fairing in for paint, with proper paint codes for it.The first paint job used the proper paint code's, however, mixed in a different manner, to which the inner fairing was no longer the original nor matching the outer fairing.This caused me to freak out, so John said he would re paint it, properly.He did re paint it, this time though, rather un professionally where the lines no longer matched along with trim paint either omitted, or looking like it was drawn on with a pencil crayon.John tried to tell me I agreed to the original paint job he did. I do not recall agreeing to any deviation in color scheme. On that note, proper business seems the customer is always right, I.e, ( personal preference )I paid John $800 for all of this. The fairing, sits in the box it came in, painted. Therefore, the fairing in it's box, turned into an $800 shop work bench, in the shop.I had entended to have John do some body work and than paint the haul truck. After this incident, I highly doubt John would gave me back as a customer, nor do I imagine I would have John do anymore work for me.Had he done a proper job on the Harley in the time frame he gave, he would have earned himself the $10,000 truck paint job. Now, however, I have to find another body / paint shop, willing to do my truck, for nothing but the absolute best job $10,000 can buy.At $10,000, I simply cannot afford to spend that kind of money, fir anything less than perfection.John sir, you saw a hot bike, you wanted to do your artwork on. Had you have just done what U asked, in the time for you gave me, you could have made substantially more money from me. Now, I have to find somebody else.I really did like you John, right until you sold me an $800 cardboard coffee table.
