Worst experience the staff is very rude and non-supportive.they are racist as well. We went five min before closing and he the guy said we are closed already. This is not done.

Her name is Ruth, she works in the morning and she was super rude with me but she was so nice with white guy this morning, i will never come here again and make sure my friends and family won’t come here either.

I love that I can collect Air Miles at Irving. This one is not located in the most strategic spot in my opinion & fuel prices are through the roof at the time of my visit (not their fault though), but I was served by a courteous sales clerk & I appreciated this. Nice spot!

On Tuesday evening that just passed (around 623); I went into this location and spend about 5 minutes gathering my things from the store - no gas or lottery, but I have a complaint about the GSA that was on that night, personally I don't like him and have walked out of the store before when he was the one on duty. I don't know his name, but will continue to leave this store when he is there. I have no problem with any of the GSAs at this location other than this young fella. You are in a customer service based business, get an attitude check. You give it to me, I'll give it back to youFor every other GSA that works there, you are awesome and 5 stars to you all, but if that one is there, believe me I will turn around and walk out and go across the street to your competition of Petro-Canada.
