Our puppy loves the freeze dried food from Jollytails, especially the hurraw turkey and a fish one that we use for treats. He also enjoys the Sunday doggy socials.

We have a reactive dog (to other dogs) and she really gets wound for sound about getting her nails clipped. The staff at Jolly Tails have been extremely accommodating. They do the nail trim in the hallway and it’s fast. The best part is no appointment. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The groomer is so good with Luna. I wouldn’t say our dog enjoys the experience but she’s gotten much better over the last few years of getting her nails and pads trimmed here. We really appreciate the service and the care we get for Luna when we take her there. Thank you Jolly Tails!!

Bring my sheltie puppy here since 12 weeks. I love how they focus on her only without a herd of dogs running around free or dogs waiting ….placed in crates.

They were 100% awesome for about 8 months. Always had a great report card on my dog and when I asked how he socialized with the other dogs was told he didn't play that much with the other dogs but was very friendly with the staff.Came in to pick him up 2 weeks ago and was told he was aggressive and had to be moved to the big dog section. He's a pug. When I asked what he was doing I got no explanation other than He's aggressive, when I asked if they had any phone footage so I could see what he was doing I was shown a video of him smelling another dogs behind. When I asked to see some other footage the phone was taken away. Lee then came out and told me pepper had to be moved because he was too aggressive I again was not given any examples of what he was doing. I can't correct a behavior without feedback. My dog is afraid of big dogs especially when they run at him so the area for large dogs wasn't going to work. The attitude was too bad. When I asked why there was never 1 mention of aggression in any of his report cards I got no response other than He's too aggressive and can't come back to the small dog area. So I said I won't be back and left. When I got home I received his report card saying he was happy and playful, again nothing about aggressive which is on there to mark off. Why have a report card if your not going to fill it out, if he's aggressive I should have known about it long before now.the lack of any explanation or description of his behavior was really an issue for me and I found it quite upsetting that nothing was ever said to me when I asked how he was doing. I brought him to jollytails to get him socializing with other dogs, when I bring him to the dog park he sniffs other dogs and goes on his way, he never barks at them or growls and he doesn't like being chased by large dogs, he cowers. I am very disheartened by the lack of compassion and communication with your staff. Added note in response to jollytails management, I specifically asked Lee if he was being moved because of his size and got no response. My criticism stands . This situation was handled poorly, I am not a difficult person. As for your notification on him being to big at the bottom of his report card I had to get a spyglass to read it and would never have seen it if you did not mention it. Pepper loved his time there and that's not my issue, your staff should be able to openly discuss any questions with your patrons

First time dog mama and I knew I picked the right place the minute we were greeted with smiles and treats! My Ellie absolutely loves this place. She’s amongst dogs her own size (dachshund), she plays all day long, she gets fed, she naps, and they send reports. The staff were amazing with her when she needed to take medication, and have helped me select toys, food, treats, enrichment activities and more. At the end of the day Ellie loves each and every one of the staff members, and why wouldn’t she? They love her right back! ❤️

Took our 8 week puppy to the puppy social on Sundays and was a great experience! The staff was super helpful and the area for them to play inside and out was great. Good prices in the store too.
