I was super disappointed with my visit today- I stood around for about 10 minutes waiting for the supposed manager to get off the phone. At first I thought that it had something to do in regards to the store but she kept mentioning personal stuff?? Stuff that really shouldn’t be yelled about around the store while there’s active customers around- felt like my time was wasted and I was super irritated and left shortly after realizing she wouldn’t be getting off the phone any time soon.

Make sure you wash your underwear before wearing as the manger (Cynthia) knowingly knew a women tried on a bunch of underwear without hers on and she sprayed them with sanitizer before placing them back on the floor.

Two seasons in a row I've bought their swim suits and by the second use of both of them, they've faded and look awful. The color completely fades after swimming only twice. I've never seen that in a bathing suit before.

Lovely place to find comfortable underwear that actually fits. I hate bra shopping because I'm an awkward size but after help from the very polite and patient staff I was able to find two bras that fit perfectly.I love La Vie en Rose as a brand because it seems to place more emphasis on the comfort and functionality of underwear and night-wear (They sell ladies' boxers! So very comfortable!), and for me personally that makes for a far less body-shaming experience.So many pretty patterns and soft robes!

THE YOUNG LADY(I DIDNT GET HER NAME!) WHO LOOKED AFTER ME WAS UNFAILINGLY POLITE AND KIND WHILE I STRUGGLED THROUGH A SEA OF BATHING SUITS, TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE - WHICH I FINALLY DID, THANKS TO HER PATIENCE. HER SERVICE WAS FAR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. ANYTIME SHE NEEDS A REFERENCE SHE CAN CALL ON ME.
