I called the pharmacy today to get a new glucose meter. Just wanted to know if I needed a prescription. The staff there said no that the pharmacist would be able to help me and she would call me shortly. This was 1 pm at 4:45 pm I called again, spoke to pharmacist directly. She said she could write a prescription and get me my meter tomorrow. I asked if I could get it sooner, that I needed to test. I am diabetic , on 5 medications and 2 needles, and I get my mefication at tbis pharmacy every 3 months. She said if I came at 6:30 -7 it would be ready. I work in the same building so I walked over at 6:45 waited 10 minutes to fill a precription for someone and then told me mine wasn't ready, she was still wirking on it. As I walked away she yelled "Did I still need it tonight". This is not the first time I feel this Pharmacist has neglected to preform her job pertaining to me but this will be her last time. And I work with the public every day , and I will definitely let people know my bad experiences here.

We are regular users of this pharmacy service. Our issue has to do with the change to access to the pharmacy, due to the virus. It seems that some thought be given to re-opening to the original access-so that users, many who are seniors, do not have the long trek from the parking lot, through the entire store, and back. BTW service at the pharmacy is still great.
