terrible customer service, they were extremely rude on the phone. package was suppose to be out for delivery since the 29th and its now the 2nd and it doesnt look like they are coming anytime soon. needed this package for today the latest and no one seems to care enough to help. never ship with this company!

3 times now this company has given my package to a 3rd party that has caused a 2+ week delay. Their customer service is useless and wouldn't even tell me who had my package and I had to track it down myself. Use Loomis if you want your package to be delayed.
