I purchased a 2018 f150 for 26 000$ out the door within a few hundred kilometres check engine light came on indicating bad catalytic converter (4000$) coincidence I don’t think so, I informed sales rep after having them double check the code twice they confirmed it was the catalytic converter they told me I would put me on a waiting list for a used part. When will I receive my used part? no confirmed date could be next month or never did not appreciate spending good money on a truck for them to sell me one with a bad part and not come forward and fix it immediately,I went to a dealership under the impression it would be a safer method then purchasing privately.

Well I received the best service you can ask for and expect to receive from Al Macphee Ford. On Dec. 9th I ended up writing off my new 6 month old Ford Escape SUV. During that time I sold my house and closing was Jan. 6Th. This part is important to say because I was under a lot of pressure to get things done. I had the exceptional experience to get a new vehicle and on the road in a short time from my sales representative, Cleve Colley. He made everything so see less and ensured I was taken care of! Cleve always looks out for what is best for you! Great people skills! I also want to thank Shannan the finance manager and especially Jessica' McGrath finance coordinator who was there helping me with both deals. They made sure everything was put together for my benefit.
We talk about great customer service, empathy, making you feel important and the feeling that they are their for you and they sure made me feel this way!

We had a great experience purchasing our 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan from MacPhee Ford in Dartmouth. The sales representative we worked with, Lindsay Tucker, was friendly, responsive, and excellent at following up. She took the time to answer our questions and was straightforward and fair during the negotiation process.
Shortly after picking up the vehicle, we experienced a minor battery-related issue. Lindsay responded right away and assured us they would take care of it. The dealership had the vehicle back in within a few days, ran the appropriate tests, and replaced the battery with a brand new one. The whole process was handled professionally and without hassle.
A friend of ours had also purchased a truck from MacPhee Ford and had a very positive experience, which is why we chose to go there — and our experience matched exactly what we were told. We would definitely recommend MacPhee Ford, and especially Lindsay, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Very good service when purchasing the F150 2025 but poor customer service since buying it 5 months ago. Will not return to dealership and will not recommend anyone going to purchase a vehicle .
