came to pick up a pair of boots that said we're available and the employee LISA said they weren't here. so I started checking myself and found them.
she's useless when it comes to customer service.

It is usually pretty good at this store, but lately, the debit machine hasn't been working correctly. This is not the first time. It seems to happen frequently. Get it together if you don't want to lose sales. I did go somewhere else. Same product, cheaper and just 2 mins away.

The staff in the and manager in the shoe department were extremely helpful and went out of their way for us.The store is well stocked, and items are nicely displayed. There are actually lots of staff there to help! A great place to shop.

Large selection of clothing and sizes available, but maybe not to best location to shop at it you have questions. I couldn't find anyone to help with work boots even though the store wasn't busy at all.

Do yourself a favor if you visit this Mark's. Avoid interacting with the staff that are older white women. They are the most miserable and insufferable bunch I've had the unfortunate chance of dealing with. They'll either act short with you if you dare inconvenience them for assistance when there's only 5 customers in the store with 8 staff members working. Or they'll be rude and profile you like you're trying to steal product if you try to use your work vouchers at the cashier. All three of the older ladies I had dealings with over my couple of visits were incredibly unpleasant individuals. The other staff seem friendly enough though. Also, they do have a good variety of product to choose from.
