Terrible quality. After just one year of normal work use, the back of the shoe completely ripped apart. This is supposed to be Timberland workwear, not disposable shoes. Way overpriced for how poorly they’re built. Very disappointed and won’t buy again.

I just want to give a big thanks to CJ. I must have been in there for 2 hours trying every pair of boots on in the store and she helped me the whole time being extremely patient with me. Very knowledgable and she is an asset to your company.

This was my first time shopping at this Mark's location. I mistakenly bought the wrong shirt size (I buy the same shirts every year from a different location). I know I did not have the receipt, but I only purchased them a couple of days ago, and showed my bank record stating their location, the date, and the cost.
I went up to the cash with new items ready to make an exchange, however was informed only if I had used a credit card would the cashier be able to search for my receipt. The shirts were in pristine condition.

While trying on the only pair of women’s 11 work boots I noticed there was something in the boot. I tipped the boot to find it was filled with MOUSE POOP. I brought it to an employee and let her know there was now a mess on the floor. She took the boot out back, didn’t offer to help me find another pair or come and clean up the mess. I wandered around for a bit and didn’t find any other women’s 11 boots. Thankfully I knew I would fit in a men’s size, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.
2 stars because the cashier who checked me out was nice! But I would’ve liked more effort put into helping me considering I had put my foot in a mouse poop filled boot. At the very least help me find another boot

I am very disappointed by the way the lady in the checkout handled my concern, by putting all the blame on me as a costumer who signed an erroneous document filled out by one of Mark’s staff. I was lectured about “how documents work” in the presence of other costumers instead of admitting their colleague’s mistake. This is what happened:
A few weeks ago I went to this store to order uniforms/workwear. I grabbed a jacket, 2 hoodies, a pair of shoes, and an overall bib. I fitted the items and took them to the counter. The salesperson began filling out a form with codes based on the items that I chose. She then let me sign the document. I signed the document, trusting she did it right. Except for the shoes, all the other items were sent for embroidery (company logo). Fast forward to today, I went to the store to check if the items have returned and found out that they did. Only thing is that instead of a jacket and 2 hoodies, I got 3 hoodies. So I asked what happened. This is when the lady explained to me that the items on the document that I signed was exactly what I was getting. Turned out that the salesperson got the code wrong. But the lady I was talking to today wouldn’t accept that, and instead put all the blame on me for signing a document that I didn’t review. She said just like getting a mortgage, you should read all the documents before you sign. But isn’t it the salesperson’s job to check those codes and make sure they match the items the costumer wants? In this case it was a jacket in front of her but she wrote the code for a hoodie. My only mistake was I trusted she knew what she was doing, and signed the document. The lady needs to be trained on conflict resolution. I would have easily let this pass as an honest mistake but the way she handled it triggered me.

It's inside a Canadian Tire store, located way at the back and you have to navigate the cluttered aisles to get there.
Limited staff the day I visited and then you have to walk all around the Canadian Tire checkouts and tellers just to get out.
Will never shop here again and will visit a stand alone Mark's store.

It is usually pretty good at this store, but lately, the debit machine hasn't been working correctly. This is not the first time. It seems to happen frequently. Get it together if you don't want to lose sales. I did go somewhere else. Same product, cheaper and just 2 mins away.
