Checked website for Mark's Penhorn store for shoes, found they had 3 types of Skechers for women, they had my size in stock in the shoes I wanted.
Drove to the Penhorn mall, parked.
No shoes. Photos attached. Website says they are in stock.
This is why I order from Amazon. I want to support Canadian and Marks but looking at the website, confirming the nearest store had what I wanted in stock, driving to the store.
And looking for the item for 30 minutes.
Complete waste of my time.
NOT IN STOCK.
Not a single pair of the shoes that the website states are in stock.
Won't be back. My time is worth more than this.
Clearly if your store expects people to buy local, you need to ensure that the website for a particular outlet is an accurate reflection of the in-store stock. I can't stand Jeff Bezos, but
come on. This is all uphill, shopping at Marks.

It always feels under staffed. The hours of operation were not what was posted online. If you own a business, one of the most basic things you can do is update your public information if you decide to change your hours. I can only assume the change in hours is to combat the staff shortages.Word of advice, Mark's. If you raise your wage, they will come.

Had the worse experience today with management while exchanging boots. I didn’t grab her name but she had purple hair in a bun. While exchanging the boots she choose to lecture me and my partner in a very rude and disrespectful way. Furthermore, she was disrespectfully yelling and talking down to the poor cashier that was only trying to help us. This women shouldn’t be a manager if she chooses to treat people the way she treated us.
