“Great experience, great service! I Live in Truro so I did everything over the phone. Talked to Kim on Wednesday (very accommodating and helpful lady), and although she didn't have my mattress in stock (a Tempur-pedic ProAligh Firm) she was able to get one brought in from Ottawa and delivered to my house and set up by Friday. This excellent (!!) experience comes on the heels of a terrible experience at a Truro-based competitor (I don't want to name them but it rhymes with Neons), and I have nothing but great things to say about the Dartmouth Mattress Mart. I work in sales and know what it means to deliver outstanding customer service, and these guys know how to do it. From the initial order placement to delivery, nothing could have been better. Fast, accurate and pleasant. Five stars!”

Jigar helped me out a LOT. He was honest, open, and very sweet. He took time to get to know me and figure out what I was looking for. I never felt any pressure whatsoever. Even if I hadn't made any purchase, it felt like he would be super kind and treat me the same. He was very thorough while looking up items for me and explaining my payment options.
