Went to this place looking for a wire for my dryer. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got what I needed and found them to be very friendly as well. Great combination for staff to be friendly and professional.

Midbec has an unfair policy of not accepting returns. Many appliances gives an error code specifying which part is not functioning. If the part is purchased at Midbec but the code was wrong Midbec has a "policy" of not accepting returns...even with a restocking charge. Parts purchased on Amazon or Ali Express are easily returnable. Although we would all like to support our local retailers, policies like Midbec's make it hard.

They help me find find detailed parts through a model number.They are my first stop to try and source a stocked part and they give me reasonable and true times for parts to bring in.
