I just happen to fall on the place. I always wondered where their show was. I was overwhelmed with their stock of plastic models and all the remote control cars, trucks and planes. I will be back!

Best hobby rc store in Nova Scotia.
Surprisingly fair pricing as well. Not to mention they do good repair work. This is a one stop, family owned shop.

MSC is the perfect example of a generational family business. The combined knowledge of the staff is apparent when you start asking questions. If they don't have what you need, they will find it without crazy markups. The store has the feel of an "old timey" shop, with a great selection of the newest RC vehicles and tech.Ordering online from Evil Bay and that jungle website can be convenient, but nothing feels better than being able to go to a local shop to quickly grab what you need for a current project.

Now THIS is customer service. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and as soon as one of them was free they came right over to see us. Helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Ian placed an order for the piece he wanted. They called him immediately when it arrived. Ian is very pleased and we highly recommend their service.

TLDR good for RTRs, bodies and Wheels/Tires. Bad for custom builders.First Impressions.Great staff who were very helpful and kind. It's a fairly large store, however half half the stores stock is blocked off to the public. Almost all of the replacement parts are accessible to employees only.This is very, very frustrating when doing a custom build and have a "know it when you see it" type part or are trying to find something from a completely different vehicle to make work.Unfortunately most of my small stuff will be purchased elsewhere (probably online) witch is a shame as I would prefer to support local but blocking off items for people doing custom builds is a good way to drive customers online. This is RC after all... the hobby is all about customization and modifications.

Our 2 young boys are very much into RC Cars and my husband took them here with plans to spend a good amount of money on a quality car. While my husband was looking around, our 8 year old desperately had to use the bathroom and asked a clerk who said ‘no’. When our son went back to my husband to tell him they said no, they walked out without purchasing anything. I understand it might be an employee only bathroom but I feel with a place selling something geared towards adults and kids, it would have been a huge selling feature for your salesman to let an 8 year old use the bathroom while my husband shopped. Customer service is important and this shop lost a large sale because of something so small when it could have been an easy win.
