Excellent customer service. I have dealt with many couriers in my career - none compare in service to NovaXpress. Simple, straight forward, and reliable. Unlike Fed Ex, Purolater and others - they don't ask you to fill out 25 forms to have an envelope picked up!

We forgot our passports at an airbnb 3.5 hours away, the people have saved our vacation by picking them up and hand delivering them to us.I cannot thank all of you enough!
